I did not like answering questions more then once and I dont mean verfications questions.
Confusing when it came to paper filing, want to efile fed and mail state.
thought I got one state refund for free?
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: asked unneede redundent questions

I track all my tax-related expenditures on spreadsheets throughout the year, so completing my tax forms with TurboTax is a cinch. I use TurboTax Its Deductible online to list all my charitable deductions, and I can transfer all the information to my TurboTax forms at the push of a button. I completed both IRS and State filings in a few hours. It took about 4.5 hours from start to finish, including the e-filing. I've been using TurboTax for a number of years, and it seems to get simpler and quicker each year. No need to hire a tax preparer when TurboTax can do the same job for a fraction of the cost.
What's great about it: Transfers previous year's information; comprehensive questions; easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: None

It took me all day to file (I like to take breaks), but once I finished I received a quick rejection of my e-file from the government and the reason why. It was a quick and easy fix and Turbo Tax helped me to go to the problem easily. I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and haven't been disappointed.
What's great about it: Loved the support & quick e-file submissions of acceptance and rejections
What's not so great: Never have found any cons

Tax - No Big Deal with TurboTax !!!

It is very fast to do a comparison of "what if" -- like I know "married filling jointly" will be more beneficial but being able to do the "married filling separate" shows me why. Always wanted to double check.
What's great about it: very easy to use and I can do a lot of "what if". I easily go from one scenario so I can easily see what's going on.
What's not so great: hard to understand how to do changes on the form - overwrite

Excellent Tax Program!

This is my third year using Turbo Tax. In the past we have paid tax professionals hundreds of dollars. Turbo Tax made it possible and easy to do by myself, in the comfort of home, getting the maximum refund, without paying hundreds of dollars!! I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: So,so easy to navigate!
What's not so great: None!

Efficient 2012 TurboTax

I found this year's TurboTax experience to be improved over past years. It took me a relatively short time to complete all of my entries and only two attempts to have my returns accepted, and that was due to the fact that I had not e-filed in two years.
What's great about it: The abilty to compare on-screen, the previous year's submission
What's not so great: Not all possible choices re: housing are presented. I neither own nor rent my residence.
