I scored big with Turbo Tax

The program was simple to use. Easy to reference if needed additional information. Refund was more than expected. Enjoy it every year. This is fourth year in a row using turbotax
What's great about it: Easy to use. Large refund
What's not so great: Doing Taxes

What's great about it: Compares this year to last, and Easy Guide walks you through the process.
What's not so great: Flat tax would be easier, but no complaints about TurboTax

Great tool to assist me through a very complicated process. Couldn't complete my taxes without the software. Use it each year!
What's great about it: step by step assistance
What's not so great: none that I can see
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

MADE A TRICKY RETURN EASY

MOVED FUNDS FROM OLD 401K AND AN OLD IRA.... WAS WORRIED AT FIRST BUT EVERYTHING WAS SIMPLE WITH TURBO TAX.... i HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
What's great about it: WALKED ME THROUGH IT EASY

Enjoyed the product again. Can't count how many years in a row now...but excellent product...up loads info from W-2, was great helping me with the HSA stuff...review process is great...and e-file the best. Thanks.
What's great about it: smooth...covered everything...with ease.
What's not so great: so easy...makes me a little nervous...but double reviews good.

MINIMIZED THE MESS!!

Overall a great solution to tax preparation. I wouldn't want to tackle this dreadful task any other way--even when some friends are telling me to seek professional preparation assistance. i'm too much of a control freak to hand that task over to someone else, I guess!
What's great about it: CAUGHT SOME DEDUCTIONS THAT I WOULD HAVE MISSED
What's not so great: SOME ITEMS ARE DIFFICULT TO LOCATE IN THE STEP-BY-STEP METHOD ONCE YOU'VE PASSED THEM BY
