Easy Simple even if you owe!

Just follow the guides - easy to make corrections and feel confident as you go along that nothing is missed. Very smart A++

Easy Does It!

TurboTax is exceptionally easy to use. It minimizes the complexity and drudgery typically associated with preparing one's taxes, and so far it has saved me the expense of hiring a tax professional. This is software that truly makes life more manageable.
What's great about it: TurboTax is exceptionally easy to use.
What's not so great: I'd like to see free e-filing for my state; other than that, I have no complaints.

What's great about it: I was able to complete my taxes where I'm working in a foreign country as a United States citizen

The software is easy to use. The only thing I would change would be a save icon to easily save so you don't lose time and content.
What's great about it: intuitive
What's not so great: the save button should be more obvious - I had to re-enter content because it wasn't saved automatically

I LOVE THE WAY TURBO TAX NOT ONLY ASKS ME ALL THEY NEED TO KNOW TO GET ME MY CORRECT REFUND, BUT ALSO GIVES YOU QUICK CONNECTIONS TO SUPPORTING IRS PUBLICATIONS AND INFORMATION IF YOU'RE NOT SURE HOW TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND
What's not so great: AFTER SITTING HERE 5 MINUTES, I STILL CAN'T FIND A CON

My TruboTax 2012 Experience

This year I had a good feeling about using TurboTax because the software won't allow you to make any mistakes and allows you to take advantage of many deductions that I was unaware of.
What's great about it: User friendly and better than last year.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax Federal is Excellent

All in all the products are wonderful. We have used TurboTax 9 of the last 10 years and we are well pleased.
What's great about it: Federal was easy to follow with good Help support.
What's not so great: Kentucky return was clumbsy, difficult to edit and obscure.
