Finally get money back

Turbotax is always easy to navigate. I use it every year. My returns become more complicated every year and I still do not have any trouble going throug each step.
What's great about it: I have a very complicated return and Turbotax made everything easy.

TurboTax gets better every year. One annoyance: when going from the summary page (e.g., Income Summary) to one of the sub-categories and back again, I would like to be returned to the location of that sub-category on the summary page; i.e., scrolled down the summary page where I left off instead of to the top of the page, Also, the package that includes state taxes should also include electronic filing of state taxes instead of purchasing separately
What's great about it: Step-by-step. Same-page links for help & explanations.
What's not so great: Pushing the back arrow sometimes takes me to an unexpected page

Happy for 12th year in a row

I have used Turbotax for 12 years in a row. We nearly broke up a couple of years ago but after counseling T-Tax has gotten over its bad habits and unreliable ways to keep our relationship going.
Every year I have a new complex tax situation (last year capital gains on a house sale, this year major medical expenses) and Turbo Tax helps get me through it

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and always got refund quickly and never got any rejections.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, Collects last year's return less data entry, clears up any questions I might have about qualifications .
What's not so great: none

The stress is gone

Returned from five weeks in Mexico. Biggest problem was dealing with the stack of US mail. Then input was easy and smooth. Once done the printer was my next problem (not TurboTax).
If the State E-Filing were included in the price or free I would be even happier.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: The cost of sending state return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

guided mode is extremely annoying yet if i don't understand something or just have a question there is never a good easy to get answer
