Like step by step entry of information and ease with which you can correct errors or omitted entries. Takes some of the pain out of this time of the year.
What's great about it: easy entry of data. like review process
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

THE PROGRAM IS USER FRIENDLY AND ACCURATE FOR FILING INCOME TAX RETURNS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR PERSONS WANTING TO FILE THEIR OWN TAXES.

turbo tax froze!

I've used this software for many years and never had an issue. Now I can't process my state return because I get a blank popup window that won't clear and I'm mad!!!
What's not so great: i can't efile

The interview walk through of doing my taxes was awesome. The price of the software made it cheaper to buy the software then having it done by a paid consultant. This seemed to be the easiest Turbotax to use yet, and I've been using Turbotax for 20 years or so.

TurboTax is the Boss

I used a tax preparation service but since finding TurboTax I don't worry about April 15. I have been using TurboTax for the last fews years and I love it. Each year it keeps gettting better. The price is great and I can't see why anyone would not use it. The application walks you step by step to the very end. Even printing/filing. Love it!
What's great about it: Right Price, Application is user friendly
What's not so great: Just a little slow loading
