We've used TurboTax for years now. It's nice to be able to file at home, without having to wait in-line for a real tax preparer. Everything is covered and thorough. If you have all your documents at hand, the whole process usually takes about two hours (if you take the time to read things carefully).
We'll continue to purchase and use this product.
What's great about it: Thorough and relatively easy
What's not so great: a "have these documents ready" list would be nice

Very good software, easy to use. For the price the state efile fee should be included.
What's great about it: consistant from year to year, able to import prior year data
What's not so great: state efile is not included in the price

Simplistic yet Reliable

I like Turbo Tax every year, it limits the info put into the program by using last years data , but gives you plenty of opportunity to enter in information that might have changed.....gives you piece of mind, efficient quick service....
What's great about it: Asks all the write questions, giving you piece of mind.
What's not so great: Taxes in general
