Thank you for your product. Really helps those of us who wait to the last minute.
What's great about it: Have used this software over the years and will not consider any other.
What's not so great: A couple of questions makes one pause a minute. Could be clearer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better than all other Tax Programs!

I love Turbo Tax.
I've tried other programs but came back to Turbo Tax.
BUT, the deluxe program used to cover my self employed
party plans deductions now I have to upgrade to small business version. Not happy about that. Other than that
I am 100% satisfied with Turbo Tax.
It beats paying a tax consultant!

Extremely helpful, easy-to-use navigation that allows you to revisit areas already entered and uppdate information.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and either walks you through a comprehensive platform or allows you to stroll through using your experience.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to use, minimal effort
What's not so great: 1 instruction I needed to read twice!

I have been using Turbo tax for over 10 years and I love the freedom of doing my own taxes and helping my friends with their taxes.

I always tell friends that it is so easy to do TurboTax once you use it for the first time. The next year so much info is imported all you do is type in the new numbers!
What's great about it: Easy to import prior year info

I really enjoy using Turbo Tax and love the convenience, but would love to be able to click on an exact location when re-visiting some of my calculations. All of that said, it's a great product and I will continue to use it until I feel the need to have a personal accountant.
What's great about it: EasyStep process!
What's not so great: Sometimes going through extra steps when revisiting a section.

Entering Charitable Deductions

Manual entry: Cumbersome to manually enter multiple items for one organization. Need to keep entering date etc..
Guided entry: Once the detail entry form appears and you can not find your item, cumbersome to go back to main categories. Would also help to have a search options instead of guessing and having to scroll to multiple categories
