Takes the pain out of tax prep

It's like someone holding your hand, asking questions, guiding you along. Never had a problem with using it. I organize my tax papers according to schedule beforehand and then easily go to what I need when asked for information. Never anything left over (unaccounted for). Always confident that my return is correct.
What's great about it: So easy to install and use. Always keeps itself up to date.
What's not so great: None

I found the program very easy to use, easy to move around in and took me through all the paces for the best outcome.

Put my mind to rest

It 's such a relief to know I'm not alone with this nerve-racking, gargantuan task. I freak out every year at tax time, but once I get started, I'm enabled to get through it thanks to Turbo Tax.
I have been using Turbo Tax since 2005. I tried another tax program, but it wasn't any where close to the caliber of Turbo Tax, especially when it comes to transferring previous year's returns..
I'm a fan for life. Thank you Turbo Tax for putting the tax back into syntax for me!
What's great about it: Asked the right questions to get my response, reviewed all missing or incomplete entries, executed in friendly manner
What's not so great: Difficult to take business car off even if the car is no longer in service and I'm out of that field (Schedule C)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Breezy

I love Turbo Tax....I have used it for many years and it's so simple to use. It walks you through step by step. The hardest part is getting all my information together to be able to enter the info. Have recommended Turbo Tax for years and will continue to to so. Thanks for a great product!

Conquered My Anxieties

I have used this program in the past and have always been satisfied.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process that unfolds logically and easily overcomes my anxieties about taxes.
What's not so great: Help screens sometimes confusing

Prevented a few gray hairs!

FEDERAL-First year college student in household. TT walked me through what to do with his scholarships and college expenses. TT made sure ALL the forms were filled out properly and even made sure we knew to file a return for him because of his extra scholarship money that paid for room and board and books. Who knew that R&B wasn't deductible as a college expense? TT got me through it.
STATE-Live in a state with no state income tax, but hubby started working in a state where we have to file state taxes :( Had no idea how to do that. TT made it easy by taking information from Federal Return. TT also didn't overload me with a bunch of questions that do not apply to me! DEFINITELY worth the money!!

still minor flaws

I enjoy using turbo tax but this year there was a residency issue that would not allow me to e-file. I had to get out of turbo tax and relaunch updated. This was already done when I first opened the program. Minor glitch but it can be very stressful when you are filing on April 15th.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: error for residency
