Great Software

I used it online last year and lost the continuity of having all my previous entry data for this year. I took the standard deduction last year on line, this year I wanted to enter all my charitable deductions and the list wasn't transferred into the 2012 data.
I have used Turbo Tax since 1989 and most likely will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, E-files and tracks status
What's not so great: Not all my itemized data transfered this year because I used online last year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent software package with an amazing electronic filing step by step lead, and payment convenience.
It is still not clear to me whether the last copy worked on remains saved or not. There should be a Master file for the given year where the latest copy remains updated automatically. Prompt for saving or not may be for a separate record.
Overall a very satisfying experience.
What's great about it: Ability to go back to different sections for changes, clear tax window
What's not so great: While editing some information remains hidden, Last rev disappears if not saved

Fast and Easy

Overall a very simple program to use. I have done my taxes with turbo tax for the last three years. If there is a questions that I need to ask the online community usually can take care of it. Also I don't have to finish all my taxes at once. I can save it and come back to it which is nice when maybe your brain just does not work for you that day.
What's great about it: Easy to follow questions
What's not so great: Having to file taxes

Outstanding Service & Ease of Use

I was very pleased with my overall experience with TurboTax. The program is easy to follow along even if you are not the most tech-savvy individual. The cautions and other statements made by the program to keep you informed as to the progress and what is going on are very courteous and helpful. When I had a question that I could not easily find the answer to, I called the support line and was helped by a knowledgeable person who, if they did not have the answer they went and found the answer.
Very positive experience and I look forward to doing it next year!
What's great about it: Very easy to follow along, help center is responsive to needs
What's not so great: you don't know what you don't know so you have to ask questions

Overall a great experience. I've used different products, and by far TurboTax is the most complete. If you haven't used the It's deductable, you really should. THe allowances are much more than you might expect.
What's great about it: Deduction Pro is a real eyeopener
What's not so great: legal speak at times is confusing

Life Saver

TurboTax has given me the confidence I need to navigate through the annual tax filing. As long as I've gathered all the required information thorough the year, filing is easy. This year I had to deal with form 1099-B, which was totally infamiliar to me. I did submit a question to TurboTax support. Even though I didn't get a direct answer, I did see answers to people with very similar questions. Following the instructions and reviewing several helpful articles, I finally got the courage to tackle it. The result: filing complete, with confidence!

So easy to use

I have been using turbo tax online for years, and this year I purchased the software. It wasn't able to upload my past years information, but next year I will be able to so that will mean less searching for information that is already filed. Made taxes so easy, I will continue to use TurboTax.
What's great about it: took an hour and walked me through all the questions with details on what each means
What's not so great: kept asking me about state returns and we don't file in Florida
Pros: I bought or sold investments
