Disappointed

really disappointed in turbo tax this year. Very slow in opening each form. Then the software kept crashing & then i would lose all of my entries. My solution was to save the file EVERY time i entered one item - this was very annoying and made the process time much longer. And i shouldn't have had to do this, but after three times losing all my work and having to re-enter everything, that's what i did.
What's great about it: liked the print preview feature - then could print whichever page i needed
What's not so great: slow to open forms, kept crashing and losing all my entries

easy to use, I always thought I was doing the best I could to get the best return, my father in law bought this for us and I couldn't believe the difference. Who knew taxes could be easy?

Great tax preparation product. We have been using now for over 10 years... Always a good investment!
What's great about it: The product is very user friendly, makes doing your taxes simple as long as you have all the info you need
What's not so great: Not really any I can think of, maybe some additional ideas for deductions or donations,. that people don't understand

We have used TT for several years. I wouldn't think of using anything else!
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use. Almost fool proof!
What's not so great: None that I can see.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Really great tool for creating tax returns and filing tax returns.
It is a great relief to be able to file taxes with such expert and easy-to-follow instructions. We are grateful for this application!!
