If you want to do your taxes in private then this is for you.
What's great about it: easy at home no pressure
What's not so great: none

Thorough as Usual

As usual, TurboTax identified tax reduction areas that I would not have considered. The returns from TurboTax have always been greater than when I had a tax professional prepare the taxes, and the cost of preparation was far less.
What's great about it: Simple progression
What's not so great: Would like a progress bar
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I would recommend turbo tax to any one. This was my first time using it an I thought it was very user friendly. They do all the work.

Taxes done quickly

TurboTax is appropriately named as I was able to complete my taxes very quickly. The software made it very easy to gather all the information I needed by suggesting multiple ways to get the information and even linking with some banking institutions to automatically download the information. The only downside is that I never say any tips for things that might be helpful in 2013. I thought I remember TurboTax doing this in past versions. However, this is not the main function of the software therefore it was not a big deal.
What's great about it: Moved through my taxes very quickly
What's not so great: No suggestions on things I could next year to improve my tax return

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years, it is so easy to use and my information transfers from one year to the next..
What's great about it: walk you through everything and help you claim things you may have passed up
What's not so great: updates (not a big deal

AZ State Rejection

My AZ State Return was rejected. I was immediately notified of the rejection and the reason for rejection but had figure out for myself how to solve the problem.
What's great about it: Immediate Notification of AZ State return rejection
What's not so great: TurboTax did not take me to the rejected form for correction
