Fix: Changing the date of a Charity Donation deletes all the entries of the donation. All I wanted was to change the date.

what a relief!

Turbo tax seems to anticipate problems and head you in the right direction. Tedious taxes became easy once I get records together. I feel confident that the report is accurate and thorough. E-mailing taxes and auto deposit/withdrawal for refunds or payments makes it a breeze, especially for someone who formerly had to rush to the post office. Automated estimate payments are a great new feature; now I can avoid late fees and interest. Bravo!
What's great about it: Easy, easy, easy!
What's not so great: Some items show up in different places from previous year without explanation. Puzzled?

Fast & Efficient

I understand gathering of data from last year's return, but can't there be a simple has anything changed since last year field and go from there. Otherwise, fast & efficient.
What's great about it: Short Quick
What's not so great: Too many fields
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use

Only item I would suggest to change is the ability to "modify" past years taxes bases on getting SSA Lump sums. I feel I may have messed up based on this.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and walked through the steps.
What's not so great: Not able to directly pull up past years of Taxes to make modifications for SSA payment.

The best way to do taxes

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and I find it the easiest way to do taxes and at a fraction of the cost of using a professional tax preparer. Keep up the excellent work.

Turbo tax helps make filing taxes a simple and easy process. I dread doing my taxes each year and often stress over the process, yet every time I use Turbo Tax to file my taxes I am surprised and happy about how easy it was to complete my taxes.
What's great about it: The guide is helpful and makes it easy to do won taxes
What's not so great: None
