I'm done!!!!

Will definitely keep using Turbo Tax as it makes it so much easier to fill in all of the information with an already established data base. This will be my "product of choice" until they let us deduct federal taxes by our buying of products. Thanks so much
What's great about it: Instructions made it much simplier than other poducts to navigate through the maze that has become our taxes..
What's not so great: Not Turbo taxes' fault but killed a lot of trees printinmg a "hard copy".

Wow! Turbotax rocks!

Have used Turbotax for years. Really like that the Turbotax folks stay up-to-date on all the changes in tax requirements and reporting. Even though pay for the service, it's less expensive than having someone else do the taxes and I'm able to follow the well-written instructions.
What's great about it: easy to follow, help available, sugggests missed deductions
What's not so great: having to pay taxes for too much government
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I rate TurboTax irrefutably number one among any tax software on today's market. It has on numerous occasions withstand the test of excellence. It makes one feel as though he or she has a friend during the time of need. Great job, TurboTax. We look forward to visiting you next tax year season. Keep up the wonderful service to society.
What's great about it: Locates prior year filed taxes. Very user friendly and explains complicated tax laws. Stress free!

What's great about it: College deductions made EASY!
What's not so great: Mileage deduictions - 0 does not = blank

Loyal Turbo Tax User

I have used TurboTax from the time we had to transfer the data by hand to an "official" federal tax return. Was that over 20 years ago? My memory fails me these days. I remember the days when the feds were suspicious of filing electronically but grudgingly gave way to it. I remember being shocked at being treated like a stranger when starting my taxes several years ago because I thought the company should be on a first name basis with me for being such a loyal customer. These days it seems like the price of the version of TurboTax I have to use goes up ten dollars each year and although I’ve gotten used to being treated like a stranger, I’ve begun to think seriously about using other tax software with a lower pricetag. So my suggestion is that you better not rely on customer loyalty to enable you to charge higher prices for your product in today’s competitive market.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Price seems to be really jumping in recent years.

I have been using TT for 10 years now, cannot imagine using anything else or paying someone to prepare my taxes.
What's great about it: All I have to do is fill in the blanks. The program tells you where to look for the answers.
What's not so great: Correcting errors during review.

Always easy with Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax gives me a complete walk through of the process and makes we aware of things I should be tracking or doing for the upcoming year. Over the years I believe we have significantly increased our refund by paying attention and keeping better records for items that in past I didn't realize would make a difference.
What's great about it: Makes me think about what to keep track of better for the upcoming year
