Turbo Tax & I make an Awesome Team!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 5 years. It is the only way I'd do my taxes! It's inexpensive, covers all the business expenses my husband & I each have and makes sure I don't miss anything. I get a larger refund than I expect EVERY YEAR!!
What's great about it: easy to use, step by step guidance
What's not so great: No complaints, happy with every click!

Expensive Software

because of cost for extras wonder about accountant
What's great about it: like the order of doing on computer
What's not so great: to many modules for more $$$
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I waited to the last minute to do my taxes and would not have been able to get it done without Turbotax.
What's great about it: easy to use and thorough
What's not so great: none

2012 Tax Return

I feel it's easy to use, convenient, and places me in the driver sit as to when I can start, stop, and continue my return and meet the Deadline.
I always recommend it to others and have noticed those that I've recommend it to are still using Turbo Tax to file their returns.
What's great about it: How it walks you through each step of filing a return
What's not so great: I've been purchasing and using Turbo Taxes for years and that's an indication I didn't see any Cons

frustrating

I found turbotax to be more cumbersome to use this year. For instance why are the taxes paid on my W-2 reachable through the taxes paid tab. Instead it is hidden in the income section. Not intuitive. Also it is difficulty to figure out how to save as a PDF on my computer.
What's great about it: As always, it got them done.
What's not so great: Hard to navigate to look at specific forms when you are flagged for an error.
