Good product.

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out. It is a wonderful way to complete tax returns. Using TT has saved me many thousands of dollars by not having to pay someone to complete my returns. It has also saved me many hundreds of hours completing my returns. However, more information relative to the use of some forms (i.e. 4868) needs to be in the Easy Step process rather than having to get online to look for answers.
What's great about it: Easy Step.
What's not so great: Not enough info with some forms.

Easiest Way Yet

Turbo Tax is by far the easiest and fastest way to wade through my taxes. Other programs (and I have tried them) don't come close. Thanks for a great program!
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step method, cuts through the legalese
What's not so great: Doesn't automatically pick up where I left off

Got it done Quickly

I like the software, it walks you through in detail and provides information along the way. Some areas are a little difficult to understand and you have to get help and then additional help. Overall it's a great way to do taxes and is very intuitive. I'm able to get info imported from last year and i very much like the itemize it feature because we donate a lot of used clothing and other items to local charities and that helped immensely this year and getting a real dollar value, over 40 bags of clothing and we were able to put very conservative numbers together that added up to real dollar amounts. Excellent feature.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: doesn't update personal info completely from import of last year's return

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for over five years each time its makes filing taxes a breeze, and now with e-File.Life on April 15 is not so bad. Thanks
What's great about it: Quick, and no paper to mail, with e-file
What's not so great: Offer State free E-File
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great, just not perfect

While working on the self-employed areas, there are many times where I thought I was looping around to the same information and answering the same questions several times.
What's great about it: Helpful along the way and great guide
What's not so great: some areas were confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
