Overall using Turbo tax takes a lot of the stress off of doing a tax return. Thanks!
What's great about it: Gives step by step instructions
What's not so great: Would like to skip the detailed deductions process and go right to standard deductions to finish return

taxes made easy

While turbotax made doing my taxes easy, it doesn't make is easy to try scenarios which may affect my taxes due....such as, making ira contributions, or what if we filed married filing separately, or what would my refund have been if our son was born before the end of the year, etc...
What's great about it: ease of use and quickness
What's not so great: ability to "test" different strategies

I love turbo tax! I tried a different product the year I got married but ended up going out to buy turbo tax anyway!!

Overall, I've liked using Turbo Tax, but sometimes am unsure of where the steps are taking me. But seems to be getting easier each year that I've used the Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: good for folks like me with simple finances and budget, i.e. no stocks, bonds, etc
What's not so great: sometimes not sure how to maneuver through the step

I have used Turbo Tax for many years for all of our family members. Easy to use and I feel confident in the accuracy. Transferring data from prior year's return saves sooo much time and helps to insure that everything is covered!

Turbo tax is very simple to use. easy to follow step by step to complete a comprehensive review. Maybe by providing a previous year analysis and asking about changes it might be possible to streamline another step. very current and up to date and will continue to use

Good, but could be better

My only gripe with the software is that it's sometime hard to see how it's computing some of the numbers or where it's taking the numbers from. It would be easier if you could see the actual sheet that is being submitted to the agency how it is calculating as you go along.
What's great about it: relatively easy and straightforward
What's not so great: difficult to figure out calculations
