Turbotax is great!

Turbotax makes filing taxes an easy and almost pleasurable experience. It gives me the confidence that I have provided the government with everything they need to know. I have used Turbotax for years and have never been audited or had anything in my return questioned.
What's great about it: It is concise and easy to use. You know just what to do and when to do it.
What's not so great: Not one thing that comes to mind.

very good tool.
What's great about it: Used for many years and massive changes have never occurred.
What's not so great: guide to forms interface isn't intuitive. Should be able to tell it review my forms and a popup with all my forms show

I always use Turbo Tax. It is easy, accurate, and it helps me to not miss anything. The Wizard along with Tips, Advice, and additional help information always help me to insure I'm deducting the right things, not missing anything, AND not taking a deduction for something I shouldn't. I especially like "Its Deductible." My wife and I give a lot of stuff to charities throughout the year, "Its Deductiple" makes it easy and takes the guesswork out of our donations.
What's great about it: Wizard is great, walks you through everything, provides helpful tips
What's not so great: Some tips/help needed more depth (Legal Fees)

Great package for people who do not have complicated returns. I have no experience with complicated tax situations so I can't say what it would be like for other situations. But the questions asked along the way appear to cover all situations.
What's great about it: Step by step is great.
What's not so great: Doesn't make sense that you can e-file two federal returns but only one state return.

I have used TurboTax for years. Some years have been very involved with moves and adoption credits, some have been easy. TurboTax has always been easy to navigate and helpful.
