Consistently easy!

I have recommended Turbo Tax to all my friends and relatives. Turbo Tax is easy and accurate and the e-file is terrific.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years and it has been consistently easy to go through the process.
What's not so great: Need to correct the last minute request for W-2's for Retirees,

Taxes could not be easier!

We have been using TurboTax for years and it makes doing taxes very easy. We have had many life changes and a home business that could have made it complicated, but we breezed through it with very detailed, but easy to understand explanations.
What's great about it: Easy to understand explanations, transferring info from last years returns is very helpful
What's not so great: I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like

Easy to use. I like the free fed e-file. Make the State e-file free.
What's great about it: Quick Clear Easy
What's not so great: No Free State E-File
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Happy As A Lark

This was my first time using TurboTax and I was amazed with how simple it made the whole tax filing process. I dread filling taxes each year because it seems like the laws are always changing making filing seem like a scary thing to do and that only professional tax preparation places have all the answers and will do it correct, but that is not the case TurboTax had continuous updates and asked questions as I was filling in the blanks, making it so easy that I even showed my daughter how to file her taxes as well. I love the TurboTax software and will use it for all future tax returns. Cant wait for next year to have the software import this years return for me! Thanks TurboTax for making my busy schedule a little lighter. This was a breeze and took me less than a hour to file both Fed and State returns.
What's great about it: I liked the fact that TurboTax was easy to follow and covered all options making filing a breeze.
What's not so great: I didnt find anything difficult when using TurboTax

It is a great tool to incorporate all of the complicated forms that come from the private accountant
What's great about it: On Your Own works very well. Free State return is helpful to us
What's not so great: Tax Law Splash at introduction is not helpful--TurboTax is the one who needs the updates
