TurboTax can't be beat

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. One of the advantages has been the ability to contact TurboTax and download the program from previous years. This was important when I had to file an amended return, had purchased a new computer, and couldn't find the installation disc. It was simple to contact them and download and install the program.
What's great about it: TurboTax asks all the right questions; even those I didn't think of.
What's not so great: Sometimes it can be difficult to find to where calculated figures are carried over.

It's simple to file and easy to understand. I can be my own tax accountant.
What's great about it: Liked the navigation through all scenarios
What's not so great: Some uncommon issues were confusing

Very easy to use following the Easy-Guide. I personally don't have to fill out every form on their but it's nice knowing it's there if I did need them.
What's great about it: So easy to follow.
What's not so great: Wading through some of the n/a stuff.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Though it has always been user friendly, each year there are improvements that make the process more clear and easier to navigate. whether the tax year is complicated or simple, the step by step process makes the preparation easy. I cant imagine paying someone to do this when TurboTax has demystified the process.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: no complaints
