Loved the ease of use in doing my taxes this year. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has never let me down!

TurboTax gets easier every year and gives me peace of mind that its done right
What's great about it: Step by step takes me where I need to go to cover the things I wouldn't know about. Builds on previous years returns
What's not so great: Just to expensive to go to Premier for the the one thing Deluxe didn't have.

Fast, simple, neat, and so much more accurate than reading volumes of tax guides and messing up my returns. Enter the info once, and the state is complete too! I have recommended your products to sooo many people, I have lost count. Many Thank Yous to all of you at Turbo and Intuit. WOW!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: Effortless updates! E-filing is beautiful

For those of you who are looking for an easy and painless way of filing your taxes, this is it! Definitely worth the time and money doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: The ease of how I was walked through the process of filing!
What's not so great: Honestly cannot think of any...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Way easier to understand than TaxCut, customer support was great, minor inconvenince having to manually input some data,but overall ease of use of the software made up for the manual entries.
What's great about it: Easy, clear, concise
What's not so great: Import from TaxCut did not work

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out (OK maybe the second year it came out). It was simple then and now it is easier and more intuitive to use now. Expect to use it for a long time I expect to file taxes.
What's great about it: Easy guided instructions to complete the tax forms
What's not so great: Some explanations need a little more, um, explanation

Had an issue that turned out to be my java security settings on one of my computers and couldn't file my Tax return via efile. Called helpdesk and after waiting 20 minutes, had an excellent customer service rep that walked me through several steps to fix my problem, then made sure to wait on the phone (30 minutes!) for me to finish my return. thank you!
What's great about it: Simple walkthrough of filing, excellent customer service
What's not so great: 20 minutes wait on call line
