User-friendly!

With this program, it takes me less than 2 hours to do taxes once I have all of my papers organized. We use it every year!
What's great about it: The step-to-step program, carries over information from the previous year - saves a lot of time, ItsDeductible program

For a procrastinator like me, this was the fastest, easiest program then anything I have used in the past!

Easiest to use

I've been using TurboTax for several years, and it is by far the best tool out there for doing your taxes. I did try Kiplinger one year, and it was a painful experience, and i ended up going back to Turbotax. It's just much easier to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, good import tools, fully funcitonal
What's not so great: itsdeductible is not a great interface for inputting lots of items

Made the Federal return quick and easy, especially through use of electronic data import from financial institutions.
What's great about it: Walkthrough of income and deductions; import from financial institutions
What's not so great: Paying more to carryover info from last year or to complete state docs

Turbo tax is HIGHLY recommended!
What's great about it: Easy to follow guide
What's not so great: Had some difficult regarding form 502, but was able to resolve issue.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I really like the ability to have the data auto import, the comparison of year to year and the ease of doing returns. I have used Turbo Tax for returns as simple as 1040 EZ for our daughters and as complex as ours that include business and real estate considerations.
What's great about it: Ease of guided questions, versatility across easy to complex returns
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
