The Easist Yet

I had no questions or problems filing my taxes this year and my federal bill was the lowest ever while getting back refunds fom my state and local taxes almost equal to my federal payment. Almosta wash!!!.
What's great about it: I did my Federal, State and local taxes in one afternoon

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have never had a problem Simple, easy to follow directions. The program walks you through EVERYTHING!!!!!

Gets the Job Done!

TurboTax continues to be great to work with and getting the job done right. It has a very helpful step-by-step interview process and intelligent GPS to navigate your return. However, there is room for improvement on State Returns module, which still remains only a little better than automated form filling. Also, it was unfortunate that there were issues with the MN State Return module; fortunately, these have been resolved in time to file the MN state return by Tax Day.

I really didn't like Turbo tax as much this year. The only way that I could get linked to federal form information was to go out to the web and search for it myself. What happened to the auto links to federal instructions that used to be in Turbo Tax?
What's not so great: I had to put in my city tax withholding myself.

Vouchers printed off incorrectly. The bottom numbers were half missing on the initial print. At this point not sure how to fix this.
This year's TurboTax was not as easy to use as in previous years. Very disappointed!

Taxes were a breeze!

Will purchase this again next year. I can complete my taxes while watching an hour long television show!
What's great about it: I continue to use TurboTax based on it's extreme ease of use. Takes me no time to complete, and is also very helpful.

It was really simple to use the Turbo tax 2012 software. Includes all the updates and ask all the questions to make sure we have covered all bases.
What's great about it: Language of software was simple
What's not so great: A little help just on the side of difficult words will be more helpful
