I had a little trouble understanding the proprty tax segment when it came to cars. But I eventually found the information I needed. That section may just need to be spelled out a little more clearly though.
What's great about it: very easy to follow through the whole process
What's not so great: Not clearly explained whether cars could/could not be done as property tax

Easy Does It

I had to look up tax code for itemizing mortgage property tax deduction I paid it early resulting in two years of property tax paid in one year. Turbo tax could explain that you enter all taxex actually paid regardless as to whether it was for that year.
Turbo tax was not clear on automobile property tax for NC state itemized deduction. NC auto tax is partly based on value. Turbo tax says that it is not allowable deduction because it is not assessed based on value. So had problem with what I could deduct for federal return.

Improved Navigation

It used to be a lot harder to find a specific place in the returns. If I wanted to check on something or change a figure it took a long time to scroll through things to find it and get back. The navigation back and forth is much easier and flags seem to work better too.
I remember getting frustrated with items in charitable donations in the past. If in the first list I said I had items from that list and then later I could find receipts from that charity and wanted to delete it, it was near impossible to delete it. This part is much better now too.

What's great about it: Much easier to move around and find things without having to re-visit whole sections.

My Refund

The Opening Page where the Tax are listed. I would like to have an option to be able to view my different Tax Returns in more of a List Format, and not just a Block Type. If you have more than One Return it works well, but in my case I had to do more Returns to see which options would be the best. So I would better to have a Listing View included. Thanks

I have used this every year going back to 1998. Never had a problem but not all fields are intuitive and the help is not always helpful

Easy to use

I have used TurboTax for several years after breaking away from my previous tax professional. I find it incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It makes filing taxes far less of a chore than they have been in the past.

The software was easy to follow and had helpful hints when I wasn't sure how to answer.
