1. Not enough room given for all cons in review
2. Anything partially sophisticated hard to do - dealing with imported Sch D transactions from brokerage - forced to deal with lots of pieces
3. K-1 help very minimal. Back of K-1's more helpful than Turbo Tax
4. Fix it messages unclear as to why it needs to be fixed

Every year I put off doing taxes. But TurboTax makes it so fast and easy. I feel very secure in the fact that I did everything correctly because it would correct me if I didn't. TurboTax Rocks!!!!
What's great about it: TurboTax reminds me every year of the things I always forget!
What's not so great: I can't think of one!!!

I am an older person, and I am very nervous about forms and about government things. However, with Turbo Tax I can feel that I have done what needs to be done and that it has been checked for me.
The peace of mind of not wondering what I might have messed up is well worth the cost of the service.
What's great about it: The very clear guidance that led me through; the explanations that were available on nearly all items.
What's not so great: None with Turbo Tax. The forms are confusing (tax forms) but Turbo Tax guided me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for a very long time. I was disappointed this year as the amount of my refund shown on the screen did not match the amount in the box at the top of my screen. Luckily we decided to print and review before e-filing. Lines 73 and 74a did not match. I went in and manually changed it. During the error check it did not say there was an error. It never asked when what to do with the difference. This could have caused an audit. Also after filing I realized that it also never asked us about donating to Presidential Election Campaign.
What's great about it: easy to follow and use
What's not so great: after using back button it did not continue where I left off
