Consistent Excellent Performance

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. This year's version was well worth the money. It handled all of my tax situations with accuracy and speed.

Turbo Tax First Run

The initial start and data entry was okay and got through the process without too much trouble, however, once completed and realizing I had some errors in amounts, I had difficulty in getting back to those areas and took me awhile to figure that out which was frustrating. Also, when selecting to print things, it takes you to an informational Internet page about how to print but then not the actual print selection application, which also was frustrating. Overall, I was able to get all things done myself on the 15th and e-filed so all was good.
What's great about it: Final results were good
What's not so great: Difficulty getting to and finding some processes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax has made it lot easier to file taxes. It double checks figures and gives you the forms without the hassle of trying to find the forms to file with.

Awesome tax program

I have used Turbo tax for several years now and have found it to be very user friendly. The ability to download information from the previous year is outstanding. Turbo Tax holds your hand through the entire process and lets you know if you entered something wrong and lets you know if your return would be flagged for audit. Thanks for making my life so much easier every tax year.

Feel Safe Filing Federal and State Taxe Forms

I have used TurboTax even before it was called TurboTax and it has helped calculations accuracy. Also, it gives the ablility to save with other possible deductions to see results if I have choose to do deduction in a future year.
