Great Customer Support!

I encountered technical issues when I tried to load my program. The customer service experience (both in India and in Colorado) was excellent. The agents were knowledgeable and focused on pleasing me as a customer. Surprisingly, there was not a long wait time. I was very pleased!
The Turbo Tax program is very easy to use. I like the embedded links to helpful hints and tips. I also like the reminders of what should be entered at a given point and what should not be as it would ask for it later. I have no fear of doing my own taxes using the Turbo Tax Program.
What's great about it: Customer service attitude -- warm, friendly, very helpful!

I have been using TT for years. Instructions are clear and, as far as I can tell, complete. I've never had a tax problem caused by Turbo-Tax. Can't say the same for myself.

Turbo Tax was a breeze to use, it checked for all of its own updates automatically to ensure that it had all of the latest software. The program walks you through everything step by step.
What's great about it: Short, sweet and to the point
