Turbo Tax Virgin!

I am a TurboTax Virgin and I completed it after a few bumps in bruises, but as long as you take your time it is very easy!!
What's great about it: Very Easy to Use - just read carefully!!
What's not so great: paying for state

I am a 1st time user of Turbo Tax and I found it interesting and rewarding. It answered all my questions. I would recommend this software to others if wasn't going to interfer with my position as a bookkeeper. lol
What's great about it: Easy,
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax makes life simpler

Turbo Tax is like my personal tax accountant. It asks all the appropriate questions, most I thought of and some I didn't. Using Turbo Tax takes the fear and anxiety out of doing your own taxes. Use Turbo Tax with confidence, you'll be glad you did.
What's great about it: Ease of filling in the blanks

TurboTax 2012 Review

Simple, painless process - particularily if used year after year. Occassionally a question that seems out of context, but those are quickly worked through.
Federal eFiling a key benefit. State eFiling costing an addtional 50% of the S/W package cost seems excessive for a company with the major market shar in eFiling (and specifically expensive given our local State provides FREE eFiling via internet.
Otherwise it is a good predictable process.
What's great about it: Quick, import of information
What's not so great: State Filing Fee

Over Charged

I paid for the program and then was charged for it again when trying to file my state. Also I saved my progress before completion to go back to, to finish later, and it was confusing to determine what information I had already entered. If you are sitting down in one shot and completing everything without leaving the pc or having to save for later, then it does run pretty smoothly. Not happy at all with the double fees.

Easier Every Year!

Once I was able to obtain the program it was a snap to prepare my returns. Turbotax makes it easy to "consult" experts when questions arise.
Preparing returns is now a process which does not cause anxiety.
What's great about it: Using previous years for a guideline makes it easy to proceed.
What's not so great: It was difficult to change automatic ordering when I needed to change credit cards.

7TH STRAIGHT YEAR OF USING TT AND PLAN TO CONTINUE!
What's great about it: FAST AND SIMPLE.
What's not so great: HSA AREA STILL NEEDS TO BE FINE TUNED. SEVERAL YEARS THIS IS THE ONLY AREA THAT PROVIDED ANY PROBLEMS.
