Bought deluxe verision Told me I got 1 sttae free

Will serously consider using something or someone else net year. Have used turbo tax for last 5 yrs. but someone goofed on this disc. MAkes me wonder if there are other mistakes.
What's not so great: Charged my credit card for state filing.

great did not expect a refund this year

i've used turbo tax for six years now ,not only did i save hundreds of dollars by not useing a tax pro but i always got all the refund i was due
What's great about it: easy they used standard deduction which got me the refund
What's not so great: none

Old Faithful

I have been using TurboTax for years! My father started me using it when he used to do my refunds for me in college, etc. Now I have been using it for years, and I complete our taxes now that I am married, even though I am the teacher, and my husband has a degree in accounting! Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Asks me everything I need to know, and I know nothing!
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet!

Turbo Tax has been my means by which to handle this unpleasant task for many years. Cannot say I enjoy it at all, but Turbo Tax makes it as painless as possible. Thanks.

What's not so great: Gotta pay taxes in the first place, or that much...

The product works great, and I do the taxes for everyone in my family. I love the easy input and the step by srep guidance. Only drawback is that it loads very slow, but that could be my computer?
What's great about it: Quick and easy

Great Except One Transfer to State (MO)

I've liked Turbo Tax, using it for quite a few years now.
One weakness over the years has been minor things in the transfer of information to my state return (I live in MO). This year a municipal bond fund 1099-DIV entry for Non-Taxable Interest Dividend indicated this was my wife's income, yet it transferred to state return as my income. I couldn't change it in the state return (help indicated fix it in Federal return). Ended up having to make override entries in the state return.
What's great about it: Easy entry, Allows choice of which areas need interview
What's not so great: Did not carry over which person had non-taxable interest dividend to MO State return
