Straight forward and complete

I've been using TurboTax for many years. It just keeps getting better, and covering the seemingly one-off situations we all find ourselves in.
What's great about it: easy to navigate, with good help links
What's not so great: wish the state module was structured like the federal

SUCCESSFUL 2012 FILING

Been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. This is the easiest version to use. I really liked being able to flag particular pages to easily go back to them. It allowed me to complete an initial draft and then easily go back and make corrections.
What's great about it: USER FRIENDLY!
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING

In all honesty, this year was the worst for turbo tax. I have never had as much trouble as I did. My version kept my original return even though I had made adjustments. Then, it took 12 hours for the version to allow me to download paper work to mail. I was surely disgusted. I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 or 7 years.Now what do I use?
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Program is faulty

Great Product

Been using TurboTax since the 90's when it was a DOS product. It was great then and has improved every year. I get tempted to go to another lower priced product, but the convienence of having all the information from last year imported into this year's return makes it worthwhile.
What's great about it: Walks you through the experience easily.
What's not so great: Just like everything today, I wish it cost less since I use it every year.

I have used turbo tax both the professional and home version,since 1994,when I was employed and did taxes.I would reccomend turbo tax to any one who would like to do their own taxes.
What's great about it: very easy to go through. I also like the immediate notice of errors
What's not so great: I would like adding forms were easier,even if I do not need them.

Easy tax return preparation and filing

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It has made filing my tax returns an easy, organized procedure. I like the fact that information from Quicken and previous year tax returns can be loaded into the current year's return.

Late getting to it...and traveling the country...so glad I had turbo tax to make the deadline!!!
What's great about it: Quickly consolidated all my tax information
What's not so great: Hard to move back and forth from one entry to another other than the screens immediately previous or ahead
