I have used Tubo Tax for years and am a solid believer that it is the BEST program, no exceptions! Tried 2 others in the long ago past and still sticking with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy Easy Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall a fairly easy program to use and comprehensive.
I had override due to a calculation of previous year amortized points that should have been a simple entry, not causing me to mail returns today.
Should not have charged for efiling state return til you determined if I could efile.
What's not so great: Spent hours on amortized points when results screen displayed total points and not what was ultimately in worksheet.

Went Very Quickly

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now (at least 10) and have gotten the process down to just a few hours because I know what information the program will ask me for. I basically just set aside the required documents throughout the year in a separate folder, and when it is time to do taxes fire up Turbo Tax and whip through the process. Even the odd things, like some of the investment information is not too bad - when Turbo Tax added the ability to download bank and investment account information a few years back it nearly made things painless - though there is still one thing I have to figure out separately because I do not buy the upgraded version that will do it for me - my investment account is too small to warrant my spending the extra cash to deal with cost basis calculations - I can do them myself for all that I need to do.
I have done my own taxes by hand (more than 10 years ago, though) so I feel like I do know enough to make comparisons - Turbo Tax makes the process easier, faster, and less agonizing than the one to two day process I used to suffer through.
What's great about it: With familiarity, the process goes very quickly
What's not so great: Bumped into one question where the native help came up with the message "Still under construction"
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I enjoy using the Turbo Tax program each year even though I dislike the Tax Process. Turbo Tax is a simple step by step process and Help within the process if questions arrive that efficiently prepares my taxes.
I have used this program for the last 8 years or longer and I have never had any problems with filing or meeting the correct information in the preparation of or questions regarding my return submitted.
I will continue to use Turbo Tax with confidence in this process.
