I've used Turbo Tax since it's launch. Each year it seems to be easier and easier to use. Thanks for making this a painless experience.
What's great about it: Year after year this is by far the easiest program to use

Very easy to use to get my taxes done! I had quite a bit of things/issues I needed to cover and Turbo Tax covered like a pro! The help resource right on the page you are on is very informative and helpful, it got me though any questions I had with one click! Second year I've used Turbo Tax and I am hooked for life!
What's great about it: Very easy to use while being focused on details

2012 Complete

The guided process helps to keep me organized while processing my tax return. The comparison to the previous year is a second layer of assurance that I have not forgotten anything important. I am confident there are no omissions when filing my return.
This year my tax burden increased. I would have appreciated feedback from Turbo Tax regarding how to counteract this increase. This could have been in the form if digging for extra deductions or through advice for the next year on how to reverse the trend.
What's great about it: Guided process ensures nothing is omitted from return.
What's not so great: Lack of digging for extra deductions.

Pretty Good

Fairly easy to use for simple purposes. When new or unusual concerns arose it became harder to make choices. Some choices didn't work for the circumstance and sent me in loops unable to finish the form. I was able to speak to an advisor to fix the problem and showed me how to switch to form view to enter my data. His advice helped with through a problem I encountered when trying to finish my state return.
What's great about it: Customer Service was very helpful
What's not so great: Confusing if no optins available

Federal is so easy

The Federal return is easy. It brings in the prior years' information, steps you through all of the income and deductions and performs all of the calculations. The state return for the state you live in is also a breeze, though it would be nice to have all of the W2 items align with the actual reporting on the W2 we receive from our employers. The non-resident return for one spouse in NY State is a misery every year. The program does not permit you to actually follow the filing requirements outlined in the NY State Revenue Dept. instructions and the calculations have to be manually overridden line by line. Still not convinced that the results are correct, but not sure how to change.
What's great about it: Brings in information from prior returns
What's not so great: Non-Resident for NY State extremely difficult to do

Easy as pie!

Turbo tax is great at helping you maximize your refund. It walks you through and seems to ask all the right questions. If you use it year after year it compares the returns which helps you to see your trends.
What's great about it: Prompts you for beneficial information that you didn't even know would help reduce what you owe.
What's not so great: None
