turbo tax deluxe has been my program

This has been a easy to use product and worth the money to avoid the form hassle. This year though I had difficulty completing the filing phase. The section where I needed to pay for state filing with a credit card would not process and I needed to call a number and wait to talk to a rep. Never had this problem before.
What's great about it: Easy to use

I'm glad our taxes are done. My husband and I are thankful that we can use TurboTax to do our own taxes so we can get the most money back. Even with two kids in two different colleges and business accounts we had no trouble working our way through all the categories. They are fully explained and there's help if you need it!
What's great about it: I liked how everything is clearly explained for me.
What's not so great: no cons..i've been using Turbo Tax for years and we love it!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It was a better turbo tax than last years.

It was easy and I like the override option. The Estimate tax part is confusing not sure how to use the 2013 column.
