Easy

We have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now, love it!
What's great about it: Easy to do, can do at home in my pajamas, was able to contact a customer service rep with questions
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

just one thing that should be fixed

I use the interview method, and if I am in the middle of a section and want to look at something else, then when I attempt to go back there is no easy way (that I know of) that I could go back to exactly where I was. There should be like a bookmark feature or something that would allow me to get to exactly where I was. Otherwise, TurboTax works great for me.
What's great about it: Been using TurboTax for years and it's still fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: I don't like that I can't get back easily to where I was

Tax Prep Ain't Hard

I've been using TurboTax for about ten years now... and so far, it's working out great for me. The Easy Guide are easy to follow and the answers to your questions can easily be seen. It does find you the money that you're entitled to.
The only thing I don't like is that.. you tend to forget what the tax forms look like. You don't know if you're answering the questions the form is asking... although I trust the program will take you there, to the right line... but for me I would like to see the form... maybe side by side with the Easy Guide... in that way you know exactly what form you're answering with. I bit other people don't know how the forms look like... maybe they don't even care. But people who prepare their own taxes, like me, would like to see and get familiar with the IRS tax forms.
What's great about it: TurboTax Easy Guide glides smoothly.
What's not so great: You forget how the tax forms look like.. I don't like that.

Made it easy

Have used Turbo tax for years and like the year to year progression. This year's version easiest yet. Liked the easy follow-up when efile not accepted. Would like to see a list of the needed items upfront. This would allow one to be sure all documents in place/hand before starting.

What's not so great: Sometimes think it would be easy to follow a list, ie check off all the items one needs and/or has at the beginning.

By far the easiest tax software around. I have used TurboTax for five years up until last year when I decited to try a less expensive product. What a mistake not user friendly at all. After about halfway through I gave up and went to purchase TurboTax.

I enjoy using Turbo Tax because it gives me the ability to stay organized, get my taxes done and feel confident that everything is filled out correctly.
I like that I don't have to go in and pay someone to do my taxes for me :D As a college grad transitioning to being independent it makes me feel great to be able to get my taxes done on my own!!
What's great about it: Simply, easy, convenient
What's not so great: Nothing really--
