I have used Turbo Tax the last 5 or 6 years. It is very easy to follow and they walk you thru all the steps.

Never again on paper

This is my second year using TurboTax. For years I resisted and filled out the paper forms but always wondered if I was missing something. I swallowed my pride and picked up TurboTax last year and nearly doubled my refund. Same thing this year, nearly double what received doing the paper form.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions; hints and reminders

Mu TurboTax review

Overall, I like the product. I will use it again. However, there seemed to be a few more "bugs" in changing my account password. I was told my new passwork was accepted, but I couldn't log into my account. So I entered the bill pay information manually. This may not be a big deal, but it was frustrating. I noticed when I went to the help site that others are having the same problem.
What's great about it: I like the instructions and rechecks.
What's not so great: I had to reenter some information (Federal tax IDs}

I have used TurboTax since 2008, I have kept better records since I have been using it.
What's great about it: Easy to pull items from previous year taxes and quicken
