Would like to be able to back up all the way not just to the file heading that I was working in. Should be easier to read, instead of having to open all separate windows. I did it twice and it came out two different ways. That really concerns me!
What's great about it: Not too time consuming
What's not so great: More difficult than years past.

Easy as ABC to enter my tax data in Turbo Tax.
Got my tax information together and whammo. I actually efiled my federal & state tax return in less that one day. Simple and easy step by step durections leading me throughut the tax return. Allowi me to see the tax form if I choose to. I finished my State tax return in less than 30 minutes. Efiled both the federal & state return and my stress is gone!

Look forward to using this program again. I recommend this product for everyone.
What's great about it: The program systematically ran through all my options and I appreciated the look-up information.
What's not so great: Too bad I was using an old laptop.....made the process much slower than it really was.

I tried another tax program once, and was greatly disappointed with is and went back and and bought Turbo Tax and have never looked back. Turbo Tax is a great program and haven't used any orther program for years.

Turbo Tax is a complex, comprehensive yet very user friendly program.. I’ve used it to prepare my taxes since its inception and it continues to improve every tax season..
What's great about it: Integrates previous years data, allows for downloads of W2 info..
What's not so great: Needs software enhancments to prioritize customers over general public for chat help..

great tax refund

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FILING MY TAX RETURNS. THIS YEAR I MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE LAX IN READING THE INSTRUCTIONS OR THERE WERE SOME PRE=CHECKED ITEMS THAT I DID NOT NOTICE RIGHT AWAY AND IT CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO RE-DO SOME SECTIONS. SECTION E WAS EITHER PRECHECKED RENTAL AND ROYALTIES OR I CHECKED IT BY MISTAKE,
What's great about it: I hAVE BEEN USING tURBOTAX SINCE 2005 AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH MY RESULTS
What's not so great: THERE APPEARS TO BE TOO MUCH SOLICITATION TO UPGRADE TO A PREMIER PROGRAM
