Got It Done

I use Turbo Tax every year to complete my taxes. Overall, it continues to be easy to use. I still run into that one question each year that I wish had a better description or was a bit clearer. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Easy to follow question and answer format
What's not so great: Some questions could have used additional explanation.

It was almost too detailed. haha - But it was good to review multiple times. I felt secure in my filings!! Will only use Turbo Tax from now on!!

Some Improvements Needed

I have used TurboTax for years and have been very happy with it. This year, had I not checked the printed forms for my state, I would have paid almost $300 more in taxes. I had to override the information on the actual forms on TurboTax to receive my correct deductions.
What's great about it: I like Its Deductible
What's not so great: An option was available on my state form (Itemized Deductions) which was not available on TurboTax.

I don't know why anyone pays someone to do their taxes. Turbo Tax is just as good and costs far less!

Fed Great, State So-So

I thought the federal return is very comprehensive and intuitive.
The PA state return is not has comprehensive. Turbotax does not tranfer union dues entered on W-2 through to the proper PA location. Turbotax also does not know how to handle percent depletion and Intangible drilling cost of a oil/gas limited partnership.
What's great about it: Fed is very comprehensive, transferred most information to state return
What's not so great: PA state return is not as comprehensive, didn't know how to treat PA specific items
