Made more than H & R Block

Your competitor gave bad advice from previous year that I chose to go on a $10,000 educational endeavor that they ensured me that I could deduct from my taxes this year. When I claimed it, they said it did not qualify, will never use them again. You will have a customer for life

my taxes were easier this year than any other year! it was fantastic that my information was imported from last years tax return. it saved me alot of time which is a premium in the life of a full time professional, single mother, homeowner and animal lover. the questions were all easy to follow and the help sections easily cleared up any questions.
I did have difficulties printing a copy of my return for review,however, I was able to save a copy to my computer with ease. Thanks again Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: easy to follow and great help to import info from last years return
What's not so great: i wasn't able to print a review copy of my return .

Along with the guidance of Turbo Tax it is also helpful to use the other resources the program offers such as IRS docs and info. The search feature on Turbo Tax has become easier to use with less input into the search box in order to get the information you need. It took a lot less time to prepare our taxes than I had expected considering the complexity of our return.
What's great about it: It is getting easier every year to use Turbo Tax, thanks for listening to your customers.
What's not so great: Our taxes have become more complex, so sometimes I wasn't sure where to enter info.

I love TURBO TAX! My is my best partner

Since, I stopped working for a national Income tax firm, I have been using Turbo Tax to do my own taxes and every year is easier. Excellent program; you can do it yourself with confident. I usually recommend Turbo tax to all my relatives, friends and co-workers.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, very educational. Good definitions and explanations
What's not so great: I cann't think of cons. They have improved it year after year.

A Great Product

Use TurboTax to file makes everything simple and easy. Just have all you info handy and you can finish and e-file in a few hours. One year, I tried another tax product because it was free. Went back to TurboTax because it's the best. No more switching for me.

Why use anything or anyone else?

How complicated could your taxes be? This product handles just about everything. Suff I never even heard of before. If you have something that special that is not covered, then you probably make enough to hire a team of accountants to do you taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy to walk through and help is pretty darn good
What's not so great: Didn't detail the AGI amount for losing my PMI deduction
