Taxes Made Easy!

Great product. Have used it for the last 5 years and each time it has been speedy and simple. It has given great examples/tips for me to use for the next year's filing. This product provides information and definitions that help untangle one of the most confusion and horrific things...TAXES/TAX CODES.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions. Extended explanations and definitions. The ability to chat live or join a group to ask ?s
What's not so great: Not all forms available. One option led to the confusing IRS pg or a phone number

I always use Turbo Tax to do my taxes, federal and state. They are always accurate, and I love the way they walk you through the process. I'll neer use another software for taxes.
What's great about it: Always easy to understand, and if not, there's always a link to an explanation.
What's not so great: I don't have any.

Worth every penny.

Easy, step by step review of all possible deductions and tax situations. It takes all the stress and frustration out of tax preparation...well except for the fact that we have to pay so much in taxes to begin with.
What's great about it: Easy and thorough
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

FED 2106 PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED CORRECTLY

WAS ABLE TO E FILE AFTER DOUBLE FORM 2106 WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO ELECTRICALLY FILE. ON THE DATE I CHOSE EARLIER . SO WONDERING IF THE ELECTRONIC DEBIT WILL TAKE PLACE ON DATE OF FIRST CHOICE FOR E FILING INSTEAD NOW i HAVE A VOUCHER TO MAIL IN WITH PAYMENT

Love this program

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It makes tax time, a job no one likes, into a tolerable activity. I love the accuracy of the return and I especially like the audit check. Another huge advantage is the ability to amend your return if you receive updated information from someone.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use, searches for all deductions, checks for errors
What's not so great: None that I have been able to find
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Not happy with some fields

As usual, entering info only once on info sheet was great. however, this year I found that since i waited to enter the bank info, this info appeared on my state return as an x for a debit card. Didn't like that.
Also for state, the form stated that I had not filed a return for the previous yr. that was also incorrect and I don't know how that happened. I changed that info on the form itself.
Also, on the 1099R form, the account number for you IRA, etc. for box 10 did not appear when filling in the info. i had to go to print forms and fill that info in. That is not good.
That was all the negative experiences I had this year for filing.
Do recheck and recheck your work before filing.
Overall, keep up the good work, because I could not do without you .
What's great about it: ease of typing in required info
What's not so great: not all questions appeared when typing:x's showed when shouldn't have

Sooo Easy!

This was my 1st year using Turbo Tax and now that I have, I wished I had used it sooner. Very simple and easy to use. I would recommend this software to anyone and everyone!
What's great about it: Simple, easy to follow screens

Not just the best tax preparation software package on the market, but the best software package on the market period...
What's great about it: easy, comprehensive without being overwhelming, most cases addressed in the application
What's not so great: community Q&A not as helpful as I would have thought
