Just so easy!!!

I have been using Turbotax for over 20 years and it just keeps on getting better and easier. Unless I inherit a lot of money or my tax situation becomes a lot more complicated, I will keep using Turbotax for many years to come.
What's great about it: Simple to use and transfers last years info, so easy!
What's not so great: None for me.

Quick and Easy!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. Six years ago I thought I should have an accountant do my taxes. I tried it, but all it did was cost me more money. I should have done it myself with Turbo Tax and saved the money. I'll be back next year. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: very easy to use, love the step by step instructions
What's not so great: required pins for completing filing

Improving, but Still Needs Work for 5 Stars

I've been using TurboTax (in various forms) for several years now, and continue to enjoy the step-by-step guidance and the ability to import data (from Form 1099, for example) from institutions including USAA and TD Ameritrade.
While the import function is nice, one of my biggest gripes with this program stem from the lack of companies available for use with the function. Notable institutions such as Capital One and Navy Federal are nowhere to be found.
To take it to a five-star level, Intuit will have to (at the very least) make their program compatible with ALL major financial institutions.
What's great about it: Easy-to-Use Interface
What's not so great: Incomplete Import Capability

I own a small business and heard of horrible reviews from other tax prep places, so I've been using TurboTax for years and have no complaints. It's easy enough to use, just follow the steps and you'll be able to file your own taxes... plus, e-filing makes things super convenient! No more waiting in insane long lines at the post office on Tax Day!
What's great about it: Easy to use, filed my taxes (both fed and state) in one night!
What's not so great: lots of steps, but that's just part of doing taxes =/

Overall, we've been able to prepare our federal and state taxes with little confusion over the past several years. This was the only year that we had trouble due to the multiple photovoltaic systems we installed last year.
What's great about it: For the most part, the preparation and filing was fast and easy.
What's not so great: The only difficulty was filing for credit for multiple photovoltaic systems.
