Tax Experts not always available

Software glitches caused delays in filing. Also, online support were not tax experts. After waiting 2 hours, found out my question could not be answered by person who finally responded because they were not a tax expert. Sort of frustrating. But software is easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Glitches; Support personnel not tax experts

Simple & quick

The software is very fast, and very easy to use. Just answering the questions takes care of most of the work. The references to previous years returns are clear. Oddly, the explanation of the phone number was a bit hazy...I only had the option of my home phone when a day phone was necessary, and it wasn't clear how to change this. But this is a very minor quibble, as I was able to recover this error before transmitting the return. Overall my experience was very good...considering it was taxes!
What's great about it: Very easy to enter data
What's not so great: Some forms are hard to identify

Fantastic Software

I used Turbo Tax Deluxe to e-file my Federal and State returns. The Turbo Tax software did not disappoint and recognized deductions that I would have normally missed. I appreciate all the hard work that went into the development and implementation of Turbo Tax, resulting in a easy to use and simplified approach to the complicated world of tax preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to use and quick to the finish
What's not so great: None to report

Easy to complete

This is the 7th or 8th year that I have used Turbo
Tax. I keep saying that 'this year my situation is too complicated" but every year Turbo Tax is able to handle everything - no matter how complicated it gets.

What's great about it: Detailed questions, at-your-fingertips help, accurate information
What's not so great: Scrolling to move through income / deduction section (wish the 'next' button was on the side)

As usual, I liked how the program guided me and helped me organize my info. I always get a charge from the running refund/tax meter--it keeps me motivated!
What's great about it: Walk-through when I needed it; quick links when I didn't
What's not so great: Wish I could revisit 1 question, not just the whole topic; a lot of screens to click through to fix 1 thing
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Great service. However, it was a bit difficult to account for my military retirement.

Very Easy

I thought the questions were very helpful and it helped me out immensely. I did discover a new deduction this year that I may not have deducted last year, maybe it didn't exist. The software is worth it's price. I will definitely use it again next year.
What's great about it: It was quick and painless
What's not so great: There were a couple of thiings that I had trouble finding help with
