This is a staple of mine for at least 5 years now, and it becomes easier when you are familiar with TT. However, the reduction in automatic deductions makes me fight even harder to find every deduction - many that TT doesn't overtly suggest.
What's great about it: Even cleaner operating program than last year
What's not so great: state forms were missing key deduction sections;
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax!

I was a first time user, my husband normally does the taxes every year. I input all the information and waited for him to have time to review what I had entered. I liked that it was easy for him to pick-up where I left off. Turbo Tax is easy to use and understand. It guides you and helps all the way through. After we filed my Son's taxes, we received an e-mail that IRS did not accept. I liked how quickly Turbo Tax let us know of the rejection and how easy it was to fix it!
What's great about it: It's easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing

Overall software is OK

Pretty easy to use, but perhaps too much scrolling through information you don't care about to get to the screen that you need.
I tried to log into my account from last year but forgot all the stuff you don't remember from a year ago, like the user name, and the password. I got to all that information from email sends. After that I tried to enter my security question which I know consistently, but after multiple tries the screen locked me out. I ended up having to create an new account to get to the window where I could use my credit card to pay Turbo Tax to Efile my state taxes. I have never worked so hard to give someone money. Overall the main line experience is good but the corner cases, not so much.
What's great about it: Easy to use, refined over several years
What's not so great: Too much going thru sequential process to access the information you need
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Good Product, except

I've used TurboTax for years but this year it did not ask if my wife bought school supplies as it has in the past. I did find the entry and made the deduction, but TurboTax has always asked for that deduction in years past
What's great about it: Easy as ever
What's not so great: did not ask about teacher's expenses

Fast and Easy

Turbo Tax took the hard out of my federal and state return. The guided interview technique gives you confidence that you have all of your stuff together. A very few questions seemed a little unclear and required going through the help and/or forum, but clarification was obtainable.
What's great about it: Guided interview
What's not so great: Some questions left me wondering if I was answering them correctly

Easy to use, found extra money and deductions.....

After all the corrections are made, wish there were multiple state filing versions, for one price.
What's great about it: Cronilogical and non-complicated tax language
What's not so great: Printing and saving as PDF
