TurboTax delivers a good user friendly product

It seems like my 2012 return went smoother than my previous returns. I'm nut sure what changed but it only now takes about 1-2 hours to complete my returns. Installation was quick and I think it only updated once, which also saved some time. The user interface is very easy to use. I like to wait until the last day before I file, so I love the e-file functionality.
What's great about it: Import previous year's information and ease of use.
What's not so great: Nothing this year.

Had more kinks that years earlier due to difficulty downloading necessarey updates. Other than that, easy to follow.
What's great about it: questions easy to understand
What's not so great: Could not get updates so I could file - took 2 hours to figure it out.

So Fast and Easy!!!

I am a busy mom of six, so this was a welcome helper in preparing our taxes. We use Turbo Tax every year, and so we are able to easily import our tax info from last year onto the forms for the current year...and that saves us a huge amount of time and effort!
What's great about it: So easy to use, and leasds you through the whole process, with extra info along the way.

Easier This Year!

We have used TurboTax for years. It continues to be as simple and straight forward as possible.
In years past, before we had to close our small business, we used the Home and Business edition, we were able to scale back to the Deluxe version this year - it's simpler, but only in the sense that we didn't have to deal with the business' reports.
Interestingly, as a computer tech, I have had to work with some of the competing software, and I still use TurboTax because of its ease of use and vendor support.
In short, I believe that only a true tax accountant could get you a better return (but who can afford one)?
What's great about it: Straight forward Q&A
What's not so great: None, really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love Turbo Tax, been working with since 2007. It is very helpful and no need to pay an expert to get them done.
What's great about it: So easy
What's not so great: Some of my questions didn't get answered on 1098-T issues
