A lot of unanswered questions

If your clever you may be able to find the answers in the help section. Intuit should also provide free e-filing with your purchase of a separate state tax preparation. They should also provide enhanced tech support like chat and customer service via phone during the last weekend as it gets so near to the filing date.
It missed a few mistakes and I had to run the check several times.
What's great about it: If you don't have to file a complicated return it's fairly good.
What's not so great: The community was of no value. There are several bugs in this addition.

Turbo-Tax...that's for me.

You don't have to be a computer programmer or accountant to have ease and success with Turbo-Tax. It really talks you through the completion and filing of the most difficult or simple tax return.
What's great about it: I have been using Turbo-Tax for years and it's the best!. I have talked it up with friends and made many converts.
What's not so great: Sometimes there can be a slight "glitch" but never something a dummy like me couldn't figure out!

Filing 2012 Tax Return

Took me about 3 hours to complete the filing of my taxes, the explanations of some topics were not clear enough, but in general I was able to figure out the details... Great tool!
What's great about it: Straight forward
What's not so great: Some of the explanations or further info was not clear enough

Could life be any simpler?

I cannot believe I was so stubborn to never have purchased this program before now. I am sold! Each step was precisely answered and reviewed. Just like I did it using the old fashioned way--papers every where. My stress is gone and I got more than I asked for. What an asset to my newly found tax life! I am hooked.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax made filing so easy. The questions guided me through the process.
What's not so great: Not one thing!
