I love Turbo Tax and it's so easy to use. I've been using it for as long as I can remember. I told all my friends and relatives about it and a lot of them are using it now and they love it as well. I love how it guides me through every form to find me the most money possible. I'm always loyal to the brands that I like and I will not buy any other tax preparation program as long as Turbo Tax are producing its own.
What's great about it: If you can read you can do your own returns with Turbo Tax
What's not so great: It doesn't automatically saves your returns

So easy to use!

As long as you have everything together it is so easy. I've been using turbo tax for years now. No complaints. Deductions are easy to follow so you can't make a mistake. I highly recommend using this product.

A great product. Love that it asks me questions and I don't have to read a lot to determine what ii NEED NEXT.
What's great about it: Has me stop to work out the different sections with explanations and help.
What's not so great: It doesn't read my mind and find some of the things I've misplaced.

Not happy

I am not happy that I had to totally redo my return. I stopped after federal and when I returned to do state it wasn't there. Yes I had saved it.
Then when I tried to shut down my computer I couldn't release the external harddrive. I am hoping completing this review will accomplish the release. If if not, I will take away the last star!
What's great about it: Questions when I miss something
What's not so great: Lost my return - couldn't exit the last time
