decent with snags

i had a schedule C from income from last year showing up in this year's 2012 return. There was no explanation of this. I figured it had something to do with a carryover of expenses of the work I performed last year. I landed up going through an error correction loop several times before I 'think' I figured out the problem, and entered the price of expenses, just copying the entries from last year.
What's great about it: relatively thorough inerview process.
What's not so great: confusing way of dealing with schedule C

How easy is this

Turbo Tax makes the entire filing process extremely easy and Fast. It also makes sure I don't miss any deduction possibilities. I've been using TurboTax for years and have never had any problems and always get money back!

CSA 1099R form for retired civil service workers need for direct information so I don't have to do so much research.
What's great about it: Generally easy to use

Faithful TurboTaxer

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 7 years now and I can't imagine ever using another program or service. It's easy, user-friendly, quick and thorough. I love it that there are so many resources available to me to use if I have any questions or if I'm unclear about something. Turbo Tax definitely makes tax season an exciting one (for the refunds) as opposed to a painful process.

Took a long while to get help

The actual cost of TurboTax is more than just purchasing the software.
What's great about it: After I waited 4 hours for online help, it went smoothly.
What's not so great: Don't like the hidden fees charged for filing electronically.

Easy Language

Student Portion was always hard for me to understand. But after putting in info / it just took off and figured it all out. I do not understand if the person is full time student why not just say full time student instead of full time or at least half time? I like being asked questions instead of trying to search for an answer and not sure if I got the correct answer, but with Turbo I am sure I give the correct answer. Thanks Turbo.

The best thing sliced bread!!!

After using Turbo Tax year after year. I dont know how anyone does their taxes without it. Its the easiest and most comprehensive tax preparation software on the market. I trust that I will be getting the most back in returns when using Turbo Tax. And it sure beats using those so-called "tax-professionals" that you find at your local grocery stores.
What's great about it: Couldnt be any easier
