Always an easy process

TurboTax has always been easy to use, particularly as it guides you through most of the process. Sometiimes I feel a bit uncertain but that's because the US & State Tax codes are just not very clear. All in all I 've used Turbo Tax for 5 or so years now and never had a problem getting through the drudgery of taxes,
What's great about it: Downloads most pertinent information from previous year
What's not so great: Tax jargon difficult to navigate

Turbo Tax at the Speed of Light, Not Government

Turbo Tax makes the understanding of tax content such an ease. I never have to question or look at anything outsode of the software. I have used TurboTax for years and will not change it in the future!
What's great about it: Ease of understanding content
What's not so great: Nothing really

Simple process. Paid bank draft, credit card fees were crazy stupid. Would like to receive notice that payment was made.
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: Would like to know sooner if my taxes were filed on time.

Paid twice for State

1. I had to buy an other State or neither state nor Fed would be filed electronically. I could not go back and it would not file Fed either. It held me hostage.
2. I could not see detail of the previous years detail to compare Non Reimbursed Employee Expenses.
3. Could not delete a personal company that didn't show up till I was in the state return. I only ran that company 1 year 10 years ago

What's great about it: all tax software imports last years basics
What's not so great: Had to buy a State while filing even though I had bought a Delux that was supposed to have State in it.

Worked up a refund

Just finished my 20th year with TurboTax! Have had many pros look my returns over but they have never managed to eke out even one more cent. Makes the annual chore of sorting/filing and number crunching so much easier.
What's great about it: Helps get orgainized a step at a time
What's not so great: talked in circles on home offices

I have used Turbo tax for several years now. It is user friendly, but when I have an error, it is a bit hard to figure it out.
What's great about it: easy to use, ask good questions
What's not so great: when I had an error, it was hard to figure out what to do
