Continuous Improvement

The biggest difference I noted was the imporvement in flow. The questions followed logically which made the ease of completing the tax return much easier. Tehre is a lot to be said for having a policy of continuous improvement
What's great about it: The overll process flowed better than previously.

Filing With Turbo Tax

I like turbo tax but its getting harder and harder to use. It sometimes does not accept data as it should and you have to recheck and recheck with paper forms to assure you are getting your credits. When contacting the help desk you do not always get your issue solved. Are you are referred to IRS for help. The true cost for filing all forms is not up front and you miss adding filing fees to the year you are filing cost on that return. Should I try another company. I have trusted Turbo Tax for many years but thinking of switching to another method if updates and crediting of authorized inputs do not start to work. It should not be this hard.

What's great about it: Turbo tax is a good filing system but does not some complete refunds when entered. Some deductions do not calulate .
What's not so great: System updates arrive to late and can cause filers to receive full benifits.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Experience

Great product and easy to use. Love the e-file.
What's great about it: Easy, Easy, Easy. Detail is right in front of you and intuitive to use
What's not so great: I waited too long because I do not have a CD on my new computer. I had to reboot my old computer to use the CD

Quick, hopefully accurate

Turbo Tax is easy to use and is fairly quick, if you have your paperwork and documentation. I wish I knew if it was accurate.

I have used TurboTax since day one . . .

TurboTax has grown old with me . . . I have used it since day one! It has allowed me to continue a tradition of doing my own taxes each year since I began way back at the tender age of 13 . . . I am now 77 . . . I started doing my taxes long before anything like Turbo-Tax was available . . . or even simple calculators for that matter . . . I would have given in long ago to having professional help if it was not for Turbo-Tax . . . I plan to continue until I no longer pay taxes . . . and most people will understand when that day comes!

Quickest Filing I have ever done!

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years. This has been the easiest filing since using the software. The hardest part is going through the receipts (so my wife does that!) And when you add efile to it, there is no downside. You can work for three hours, load the numbers and walk away with every thing done (except a few odd forms like TM)
The only thing to improve TurboTax is having a robot to sort through the receipts and enter the numbers.

What's great about it: Walks you through every point and leaves no stone unturned!
What's not so great: Hard to get back to a place once you pass it (if you need to go back and change something )
