Frustrated

i should not have waited until last minute. I have used Turbo Tax for last 12-15 years but last 2 years have been so frustrated. I think this is my last. I had problems with mine and my sons return.
What's great about it: Not much this year
What's not so great: Found after spending $ for efiling because error check came up ok it said to mail return because of problems with update

I couldn't get to the form that needed adjusting, per the review process, because I was using the online version. WHAT?
What's great about it: Excellent chat help.....after waiting 2 hours.
What's not so great: Could not access all forms.

Simple way to file your taxes

Turbotax asks the questions and you provide the answers. Its that simple. If clarification is needed, you always have the option of getting additional free on-line help. I have found the 'Explore on my own' option helpful to review different areas and ensure things look correct.
One thing I find helpful is the comparison with the prior year's amounts. The side by side comparison across the various sections really helps me verify I haven't missed something by accident.
We had been using an accountant for years, but a couple of years ago we switched to Turbotax have been pleased with the results.
What's great about it: Self paced interactive experience
What's not so great: It is up to you to enter the data correctly

I never thought I could itemize by myself. Turbo Tax made the process easy!
What's great about it: I liked all of the helpful hints such as "most people don't qualify for this deduction."

Turbo tax simplifies filing your taxes. The step by step guide is so easy to follow and ensures I get every deduction I should received. Number 1.... I have used Turbo tax for many many years, and have not desire to ever change.
What's great about it: So easy to follow, and ensures all deductions are checked. I love Turbo Tax...
