Fast returns

The interview questions really are thorough, although some of them are a little confusing. Overall, I continue to use this year after year.
What's great about it: Easy to get through quickly
What's not so great: some confusing language

Another Year with a Refund

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years and each year the program is straight forward and simply to use. I like how the program asks the questions that I need to answer in a way that is easy to understand.
What's great about it: Like how it calculates what I owe or my refund as I progress though each step along the way.
What's not so great: Would like a bit of a better explaination around credits I didn't qualify for. Answers were too vauge sometimes.

This is the third year I used this software and I love it!!! It's easy and helpful. Saves money on tax preparation fees from professionals. This software helps get the biggest refund possible!! Will continue to use TurboTax!!

Fairly Easy

I have used Turbo Tax since day one of the product. I find the product to be easy to use and well worded.
I have had a few hiccups over the years. No big deal because reviews caught almost all my mistakes in those early years. My biggest mistake was listing 'interest-paid' for both my home and my rental together. That was purely my fault. I did not read what Turbo Tax told me. Many years later I have found that Turbo Tax has made the wording much more clear regarding the interest question.
I am one of those people that enter the information, check and recheck everything. But this year, I found that the information was easy to understand. Plus I found that there was a clarity to the reason why I was entering certain information. That helped me to understand the big picture when I was in the trenches of adding just numbers.

Great Product!

I have used TurboTax for years. It walks you through the process and helps you find all deductions are you entitled to receive. One year I use a different project because I waited too long and the local store was out. I won't name names but the other product was the pitts! Now I always make sure I purchase early!
