Survived bankruptcy - still got refund!

I've used TT Deluxe for about 15 years. It keeps getting better. You can easily move from the guided help to the manual forms. Help has improved as well. The only thing I'd like to see improve is to make it easier to opt out of some of the wizard sections you know don't apply. It could also use a return to It's Deductible link.... we didn't have all of our entries done in It's Deductible when it asked the question, and when we skipped it to finish other things, we had to search in help how to get back to the import wizard. Overall, great product, that I will keep using and recommending.
What's great about it: Really helped with deductions
What's not so great: Link to ItsDeductible could be better

TURBO TAX IS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL TAX PAYER, ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE CHANGES TO THE TAX LAWS. AUTOMATIC UPDATES KEEPS YOU COVERED NO MATTER WHEN YOU DECIDE TO COMPLETE YOUR TAXES.
What's great about it: IMPORT FUNCTIONS, "MORE INFO" PULL DOWNS
What's not so great: NO ABILITY TO CLICK ON BANK NAME TO CHG OR BACK TO ENTRY SCREEN
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Sad unable to use on my apple

you did not support an earlier version of the apple product. I did have used this easy product and was used to it for years, so sad that next year i will just do my taxed manually instead of purchasing the product and it not compatable with my current system...had to use someone elses computer to do my taxes, really inconvienient
What's great about it: i have used intuit produce since early 1990's
What's not so great: this has been the first year that the product would not work to my computer...

Refunds done on Turbo Tax are Fun

I had some difficulity deciding which program was right for me. Reading the product boxes did not make it clear what I was going to need so I referred to the internet to get a better understand of what was included in the "Deluxe" version and the "Premier" version. After reading in depth summaries, I determined that I needed the "Deluxe" version. I wish that a better comparion chart at been available at the store. It would have saved me an additional trip before purchaing the software. Over all I am extremely pleased with the ease of use and speed in doing my taxes with TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: I the ability to either use the "Interview" process or the "Done it Myself" process.
What's not so great: The boxes on the W2, 1099R, etc are not well explained and do not match the labels provided by investment companies.
